1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account held by a registered Player on the mdg198 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds credited to a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matching deposits awarded to a Player as part of a promotion, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Company", "mdg198", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the mdg198 platform accessible at mdg198.cam.
• "Game" means any betting market, casino game, lottery draw, or other wagering product made available through the mdg198 platform.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency used for all transactions on mdg198.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required of all Players prior to withdrawal processing.
• "Platform" means the mdg198 website, mobile interface, and all associated software and services.
• "Player" means any natural person who has registered and holds an active Account on the mdg198 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total bet volume a Player must generate before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of real-money funds from a Player's Account to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on mdg198, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within Indonesian territory unless otherwise permitted in writing by mdg198.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from the mdg198 platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your personal jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of mdg198 or any of its affiliated companies.

3 Account Registration

To access the Games on mdg198, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• Each Player may hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Creating or operating multiple Accounts (whether under your own name, an alias, or in collaboration with another person) is strictly prohibited.
• All registration information submitted must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.
• You must provide a valid and accessible email address at the time of registration. mdg198 uses this address for account verification, security alerts, and promotional communications.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mdg198 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your password.
• You must notify mdg198 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• mdg198 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

mdg198 operates Know Your Customer procedures in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention standards. The following KYC requirements apply:

• All Players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification may also be triggered by unusual account activity at any time.
• Acceptable proof of identity includes: a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Indonesian passport, or Indonesian driver's licence (SIM). The document must be current and clearly legible.
• You may be asked to provide proof of your registered payment method, such as a bank statement showing your name and BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account number, or a screenshot of your OVO, DANA, or GoPay account.
• mdg198 may request a selfie photograph alongside your identity document to confirm that the document belongs to the person presenting it.
• Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by mdg198 will result in suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is concluded satisfactorily.
• All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits

All deposits to your mdg198 Account are subject to the following terms:

• All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Transactions denominated in other currencies are not supported.
• mdg198 accepts deposits via the following methods: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata; e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and card payments via Visa and Mastercard where available.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers. Maximum single-transaction limits are set by individual payment methods and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• mdg198 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which mdg198 accepts no liability.
• Deposited funds credited in error (including technical duplications) may be recovered by mdg198 at any time.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and membership tier, and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• All withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in t he same name as your mdg198 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be rejected.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays). Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or e-wallet provider's processing time and is typically 1–3 hours for BCA transfers and 2–6 hours for other major banks.
• mdg198 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Players who have not placed any wagers since their last deposit may be required to wager the deposited amount at least once before withdrawal is permitted. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Bonus Funds still subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been met in full.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

mdg198 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players. All bonuses are governed by the following terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to an individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Standard wagering is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Only real-money wagers count towards wagering requirements. Bets placed using Bonus Funds do count, but free-spin winnings may be subject to separate requirements as detailed in the promotion terms.
• Each Player is entitled to one welcome bonus per lifetime. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses will be closed and all bonus winnings forfeited.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. The standard maximum bet is Rp 10.000 per spin or round until wagering requirements are cleared. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Some Games contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10%–20% and certain games (e.g., live dealer baccarat) may not contribute at all. Contribution rates are displayed in the promotion terms.
• All bonuses have an expiration period (typically 7–30 days from the date of award). Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements will expire at the end of this period.
• mdg198 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if it suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, collusive betting, or irregular betting patterns designed purely to clear wagering requirements.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the mdg198 platform are subject to the following rules:

• Once a wager is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in the case of an obvious technical error acknowledged by mdg198.
• For sports betting markets, mdg198 follows industry-standard settlement rules. Wagers on postponed matches are typically void unless the match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours of the original start time. Specific rules for BRI Liga 1, international football, and other sports are detailed on the platform.
• For togel (lottery) markets, official draw results from Singapore Pools, Hongkong Jockey Club, and other authorised operators are final. mdg198 will settle wagers based on these official results. Results are typically posted within 30 minutes of the official draw time.
• For casino games including slots, roulette, blackjack, and baccarat, all game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing. mdg198 does not influence outcomes in any way.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term average returns and do not guarantee any specific outcome or session result.
• mdg198 reserves the right to void any wager or game round affected by a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error. In such cases, the wager stake is returned to the Player's Balance.
• Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and cumulative winnings. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and vary by Game type and player membership tier.

9 Responsible Gaming

mdg198 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing Players with tools to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following measures are available to all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may enable pop-up notifications to alert them after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension (cooling-off period) of 24 hours, 72 hours, 1 week, or 1 month. During this period, the Account is inaccessible and no wagers can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-excluded Players cannot reactivate their Account or create a new Account on mdg198 for a minimum of 6 months.

• mdg198 strictly enforces its 21+ age restriction and uses age-verification technology to prevent underage gambling.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the mdg198 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and permanent ban:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name, or using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate outcomes, engage in bonus abuse, or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to place wagers or circumvent platform security measures.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the mdg198 software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards mdg198 staff or other Players.

11 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the mdg198 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of mdg198 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of mdg198.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

mdg198 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

mdg198 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. All payment information is processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways and is never stored on mdg198 servers.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mdg198 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account access due to technical failure, network interruption, or third-party service provider outage.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or card network.
• Decisions by payment processors, banks, or regulators to block, freeze, or reverse transactions.
• Errors in odds, results, or game outcomes caused by third-party data feeds or software providers (provided mdg198 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors).

In no event shall mdg198's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms & Conditions subject to the following provisions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• Company-Initiated Closure: mdg198 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Reasons for closure may include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete KYC, or business-operational reasons.
• Upon termination for cause (violation of these Terms), mdg198 may withhold any remaining Balance pending investigation. Funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activity will not be returned.
• All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall continue in full force and effect after termination.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through the following procedure:

• The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation and direct communication with mdg198 customer support.
• If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter may be escalated to mediation by a mutually agreed neutral third party.
• If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI), with proceedings conducted in Jakarta and in the Indonesian or English language as mutually agreed.
• Notwithstanding the above, mdg198 reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing prohibited conduct.

16 Amendments to Terms

mdg198 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address on file and by prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Amendments take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
